Elementary (Preschool to Grade 6)
Our CCD program for children offers programs for children from ages 3 up to a high school youth group. Our focus is to work with parents in the religious formation of their children. Our volunteer teachers give of their time and dedication to prepare interesting ways to teach our children the faith. By working with parents, the faith is reinforced at home, not just in the class room.
We have preparation programs for First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. All children preparing to recieve these sacraments are required by the Diocese to have attended an RE program the year prior to preparation.
We also are able to prepare children of age 7 or older for Baptism into the Catholic Church (click on RCIA for Children).
The Elementary program is:
- Preschool for ages 3 and 4
- Kindergarten
- First Grade
- Second Grade (focus on preparation for the sacraments of First Reconciliation and Holy Communion)
- Grades 3 and 4 combined
- Grades 5 and 6 combined
